Yesterday & Today
This picture combines two 360 degree panoramic pictures. One at the peak of the cherry tree bloom at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and the other is Kingsland Wildflowers at Broadway Stages in Greenpoint.
Although I have no issues with this kind of visual manipulation and in fact all of the pictures in this series are made by combining at least 6 single frames, this approach stretched my creative process. If you have read the project statement the idea of combining a 19th century garden with a 21st green roof top might have you thinking about change.
